You will indeed receive a refund notification once the refund has been made, the email can at times land in the junk/spam folder, so please keep an eye out for that! Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show in your account, once the item has been processed by our logistics team and a refund notification has been sent to you via email. (this period is dependent on your card issuer)
