Refunds can take up to 14 working days to show in your account, once the item has been processed by our logistics team and a refund notification has been sent to you via email. (this period is dependent on your card issuer)You will indeed receive a refund notification once the refund has been made, the email can at times land in the junk/spam folder, so please keep an eye out for that!
